YOUR HEALTH, YOUR NHS
What do the new NHS Long Term Plans mean for you locally?
Hackney residents are invited to bring their views and experiences to feed into new NHS plans.
This meeting is a opportunity for borough residents to find out more about City & Hackney's plans for local NHS services for the coming years, and share perspectives with local patient representatives, senior NHS Managers & GPs.
You will hear how your views have already shaped plans for 2019/20 and how your opinions will help to influence longer term plans for the NHS locally from 2021 onwards. Topics for discussion will include long-term and chronic illnesses, mental health, health prevention & wellbeing, children and young people, emergency care, local neighbourhood health services and much more.
Please bring your expert-by-experience knowledge and help make a difference in your community.
FREE to attend. Refreshments will be served and a friendly informal environment will be provided.
