What will I need to have for this Shamanic Equinox Ritual?

Simply wear comfortable clothing and aim to be sitted in a place which feels sacred to you. Have a candle at the ready, little stripes of paper, a little dish to collect ashes, bring any of your beloved items: encens, crystals, flowers... Bring a flask of a soothing herbal tea, pens and paper.

Do I need previous Shamanic or Spiriual experience?

Not at all. Simply an open mind and open heart, a willingness to explore. Everybody is welcomed.

Which kind of candle will I need?

Accepted Answer

The best candle to use is beeswax but any kind of candle you feel comfortable with, ideally on a plate. After the ritual and in your own time and space, if you have a garden, you are welcome to use a fire pit for this kind or ritual but I am aiming to work indoors with a candle. Any fire works.

Will I need to meditate?

Not per se. I will guide you to relax and into guided visualisation but this is not strictly speaking meditation. So, no former experience of meditation or shamanism is required.
