The Money Guiders Northern Ireland network welcomes Housing Right and Co-Ownership to join us in discussing other options for training, signposting support and helping people get on to the property ladder

Housing Rights provide a broad range of training courses on housing and welfare related issues, and we offer both accredited and non-accredited courses.
These relevant courses help to enable housing and welfare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills and deliver high quality advice services to their clients; as well as supporting continuous professional development and enhancing their career prospects.
Co-ownership help people make the dream of home ownership a reality in Northern Ireland’s as they are a regional shared ownership provider.
Co-Own: Choose your home, buy as much of it as you can afford. We help you with the rest.
Rent to Own: Find a new build. Rent it from us for up to 3 years after which time you buy it from us.
