Is Hypnotherapy suitable for me?

Hypnotherapy is a non-evasive approach that is suitable for almost anyone. It may not be suitable if you have a history of psychosis or recent history of epilepsy, if you have any concerns regarding your mental health then please contact me.

What is the difference between a group session versus an in-person session?

The benefits of a group session are that you can get the great results of Hypnotherapy but without the high costs. It is also great for someone who want to try out hypnotherapy before they commit to a 1 to 1 session. They are however less tailored to the individual person.
