Description

On the 9th of May 2018 we will be holding a free 1 hour taster session here at our offices in Luton, where on the day we will be holding a morning and an evening session inviting you to take a sneak peek at this drug and alcohol awareness course that is changing the face of drug and alcohol awareness!

Course details...

The Walk to Freedom drug and alcohol awareness course offers joined-up training, for both professionals and for people living with someone with dependency issues. This training is approached from the viewpoint of a person with dependency issues: taught by someone who has been there.

This course aims to help such workers and family member’s overcome this disadvantage by giving you a new insight and awareness about users with potential or ongoing issues with drugs and or alcohol dependency.

This course isn’t using one persons experience of dependency but buy taking it from the view point of the human condition (what we are like as people) this course then moves from and individualistic perception and approach to a collective one.

Within this innovative two-day intensive course your fully trained tutor will be Mark Clarke Founder of The Walk to Freedom Foundation who himslef had previously struggled with the challenges of dependency for over 20 years, and now for many years stands as leading professional practitioner in the field of drug and alcohol recovery and support, successfully supporting families and people facing the challenges of drug and or alcohol dependency.
