Do I have to be familiar with yoga to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. These sessions are planned for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. There's no competition or judgement, any- and everyone is welcome.

How many people are expected in a session?

A maximum of 10 people per session are anticipated in our first small group session, and a max. of 15 participants will be allowed to the recurring sessions.

What happens in case of rain?

As our indoor yoga studio is in the process of getting ready, these yoga events will be weather-dependent. In case of heavy rain, the session will be cancelled and your payment will roll over to the next session. When in doubt, please enquire via message.

Question 4

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please come in comfortable, light clothes and shoes that allow you to stretch and move around easily. If the weather is cold but not raining, I will still deliver the session, so I'd advise wearing a few thinner layers that you can pop on or take off.

Question 5

What should I bring with myself?

Accepted Answer

A yoga/gym mat, or a blanket, or a bigger towel (beach towel) is all you need. You can bring a bottle of water to the session, or simply purchase one at the Cafeteria after it.
