Nick Shackleton-Jones is founder of Shackleton Consulting. Author of ‘How People Learn: Designing Education and Training that Works to Improve Performance', Nick began professional life as a psychology lecturer & author, and since worked in consultancy, Siemens, BBC,  BP, PA Consulting and Deloitte in roles encompassing learning strategy, leadership, innovation, technology & multimedia. Well-known in the corporate learning industry for fresh thinking, Nick was the winner of the Learning & Performance Institute’s Award for Services to the Learning Industry, 2017.

Kate Griffiths-Lambeth is an award-winning Group Director of Human Resources who has steered UK and global businesses. She is a recognised transformation expert, experienced in achieving effective organisational change and positive outcomes through people. Kate has often found herself working in businesses when strategic change has been required, either internally and/or externally driven. She has guided individuals and companies to new ways of operating and believes that sustainable organisations have to embrace change if they wish to thrive and grow. Kate is shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution of the Year in this year's Women in Finance Awards.

Our host, Andrew Jacobs is Learning Principal for Llarn Learning. Known for innovative thinking about learning, training and technology, Andrew has significant experience in a range of roles across learning, training, talent and people development. He is a Fellow of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI) and a CIPD Leader in Learning. He received the Internet Time Alliance award for his work on informal learning in July 2020 and was highly commended at the CIPD People Management Awards in 2021.
