Youth Leads UK is a youth-led charity that believes young people matter.

We support young people furthest from opportunity to build skills, create change, and shape the decisions that affect their lives – from classrooms to communities to boardrooms.

Based in Greater Manchester and working nationally, we run leadership programmes, deliver social action projects, and publish Youth Leads Magazine – a platform for youth voice and creativity. Our civic leadership work helps young people step into decision-making spaces with confidence, while we support organisations to listen, engage, and share power. At our core, we champion inclusion and social mobility, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to lead.
