Your Yoga, Your Universe
Come and join us for a rejuvenating retreat of self-discovery and relaxation at Retreat to the Farm! This retreat aims to deepen our connection to ourselves and the entire cosmos, with guided yoga, meditation, qi gong, and mindful stargazing practices with our very own astrophysicist and zen guide, Mark Westmoquette . Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's something for everyone. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in nature amidst the peaceful setting of our ancient French farmhouse, with hammocks in the garden, a wood fired sauna, and a heated swimming pool! Don't miss out on this opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a serene and beautiful setting. See you there!

Frequently asked questions
We cater for a vegetarian and vegan diet throughout your stay, so there will be no meat or fish. Though the food is varied, healthy, and everyone has always loved it! We have had gluten free guests in the past and that's no problem.
I'm afraid as of yet we are not able to cater for wheelchairs, simply as the buildings are 700 years old and all have stairs!
£200 of the overall price is considered as a non-refundable deposit which cannot be refunded in the eventually that the event does not happen. Though we've been hosting retreats for 9 years now and this has yet too happen!
Guests have a arrived in different ways, if flying then the best option is to Poitiers airport (Tours airport may be a backup). Trains are a nice way to come, in which case Tours has a fast train from Paris, and from Tours another short train to Chinon. Similarly some choose to drive over.
