Explore is designed to support, encourage and empower adults facing barriers into employment, helping them build practical skills, grow their confidence and make meaningful connections.
Since launching Explore in February 2022, the programme has successfully supported 76 participants over 11 terms, helping them grow in confidence, develop valuable skills, and progress to new opportunities.
