Youth Membership Scheme - GCSE Biology Revision Clinic

Come along to our GCSE biology revision clinic for Centre of the Cell Youth Members on Tuesday 16th April 2019 from 1pm - 5pm.

You'll get support from our staff members with revising the following GCSE biology topics:

1. Genetics: DNA structure, protein synthesis (transcription and translation), inheritance, genetic crosses
2. Evolution: natural selection, antibiotic resistance as an example of evolution
3. The nervous system: Action potentials, structure of nerve cells, reflex arcs
4. Respiration: aerobic and anaerobic respiration
5. The immune system: specific and non-specific immune defences

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask for help with any other biology-related topics you're currently revising, so you are welcome to bring other work/revision with you.

Free snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the session.
