- Identify different types of digital communities.
- Describe how digital communities are used by young people.
Explore the Impact of Digitalisation and Digital Transformation:
- Describe the role and purpose of youth work in the context of digital spaces and places.
- List how digitalisation impacts young people and the youth work sector.
- Reflect on their organisation’s purpose and policies related to working in digital spaces.
Apply Key Principles for Working in Digital Spaces and Places:
- Understand safeguarding practices for digital environments.
- Navigate ethical considerations when engaging with young people online.
- Promote non-formal education and informal learning in digital spaces.
- Tackle digital inequality and the digital divide through youth work practice.
