This interactive workshop aims to assist youth workers and volunteers with the implementation of a child protection policy and measures to consider when working with young people and adults that keep everyone safe from harm.
Learning Outcomes
- Be aware of your own organisation’s child protection policies and procedures. (Participants are to read these prior to the session starting.)
- Be alert to indicators of concern in children and young people you come into contact with.
- Be able to respond to concerns you have about a child.

Where there is a cost to attend your organisation will be invoiced in advance of the event date. If you need to cancel your place on the above event, please let us know as soon as possible as there may be a waiting list. No cost will be incurred for all cancellations up to 24 hours before the event, any cancellations after this will be subjected to a £15 cancellation fee.
