About this Event

Look Out For Hope - Arts and Activism

"Hope is a Powerful Weapon" wrote Nelson Mandela to his wife Winnie from prison and during this time of lockdown many of us may be feeling like we are in prison. Pick up some paint pens and arm yourself with hope in this online series of creative activities facilitated by Stephanie Turner. You will expand your creativity and work together to re-ignite a sense of hope, passion and purpose. You will be connecting with a group of people who are interested in exploring how to take action on the things they care about. Together we will develop a collective imagination on the possibility of a new future post lockdown.

16-18 years

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 - 7:30pm

Two chances to join, choose one:

Group 1: 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th September

Group 2: 22th, 24th, 29th Sept & 1st Oct

Sessions will take place over Zoom video call. You'll be emailed a link to join the call, and all you will need is a pen and paper.

If you have questions before you sign up, email info@yuaf.org.uk
