We will be in the yurt, very visible left of the labyrinth. To get to us please drive all the way up The Street in Kingston, past all the houses all the way to the top of the hill and QV is signposted on the right, just past and almost opposite Marley Lane

I've never done this before, what do I need to do?

You don't need to do anything apart from make yourself as comfortable as possible with yoga mat, blankets etc and relax into the sound that is made for you to help you deeply relax
