Event description

Description

A tour following the path of destruction created as German Zeppelin L13 blasted and burned its way across the City of London on the night of 8th September 1915.

This was the first effective air raid on the City, and on this walk we will examine how Londoners dealt with this new form of warfare, as well as visiting some other legacies of the First World War.

'Walk the war' right here in the heart of London, in the company of one of London's expert Blue Badge guides.

Start at Chancery Lane Tube station, end at Liverpool St. station.
