For one night only, Masaki Sugisaki, the Japanese chef pushing the boundaries of Japanese cuisine, will be teaming up with Disco Scallops, the tech collective that discovered the sustainable practice of attracting scallops with LED lights, to host an exclusive seafood supper.

Combining their shared commitment to zero-waste practices, the menu will promise a range of innovative and ocean-friendly dishes.
