ZEST 'FITNESS CONFIDENCE' WORKSHOPS - 4 STEP PRINCIPLE TO FITNESS CONFIDENCE

Have you lost your mojo? Are you too scared to go to the gym? Take up any activity or class?

If you feel this way, then our half day themed workshops are just what you need.

Our day is based on a 4 step principle to increasing energy, happiness and the start the journey to self confidence.

We have 4 proven steps to help you feel a little happier and a little more confident by using tried and tested methods to give you that motivational boost you need. The result? A more energised you on the road to happiness and fitness self confidence.

Step 1- Wake - Short sharp exercises that are proven to boost energy and wake up the body. It promotes increased oxygen flow within the blood making you more receptive to learning.

Step 2- Learn - While you are more awake we will learn facts about our health, helping you understand what's truth and what isn't. This will come along with some learning techniques for you to take away and help you on your journey. We follow this by learning a new skill from self defence to new international dance. These skills are proven to build on your confidence.

Step 3- Defence or Dance - Awakens the soul and picks the energy back up before we finish off with.

Step 4- Connect - Connection with ourselves can come in many forms. We've all heard the words ' to live in the moment' appreciating the now with meditation, stretching and many other forms such as drumming.

Learn - 3 Ways to Love and Embrace your body today by Trina Kavanagh

Defence - Hannah Webb Civilian Krav Maga Instructor will be bringing you out of your shell with simple Israeli self defence techniques to make you feel more powerful in daily situtations.

Connect - Dynamic Stretching for everyday stresses, injury prevention and relaxation by Trina Kavanagh

A healthy buffet lunch and snacks will be provided for you during the day to keep those energy levels up. Our lunches are inspired by worldwide cuisines. Example menu - authentic paella, tapas and salads.

Obviously weight loss is NOT a result in half a day (due to the short timescale) but you will come away feeling a little more confident, refreshed, enlightened, energised and encouraged to focus more on you.
