About this event

After a year of sold-out sessions, Artizine Club returns this spring/summer with a new programme of monthly zine magic. 💥

Each month, we explore a new theme, experiment with fun formats, and tap into the power of storytelling through zines.

💫 Upcoming Themes (2025)

🌳 APRIL: 'Momentum' – Shake off the fog and set your pace—create zines that capture the energy of moving forward and building momentum.

🌼 MAY: 'Blossoms & Struggles' – Celebrate spring’s renewal and the resilience of the labor movement with zines about growth, activism, and community.

☀️ JUNE: Wildling – Embrace nature’s raw energy as a metaphor for breaking free and growing from the roots up.

🍓 JULY: Sweet & Sour – A zine feast of cravings, contrasts, and sun-soaked moods. Think bold flavours, shifting feelings, and summer at its juiciest.

You can come for a one-off workshop or join each month as a regular.

About Artizine:

Artizine is a socially-engaged zine project led by East London-based artist-educator Ioana Simion. Rooted in play, participation and DIY publishing, Artizine creates welcoming spaces where people can explore their creativity and share stories.

Since 2019, Ioana has delivered workshops with major cultural art organisations and grassroots groups alike. Her zine practice celebrates process over perfection and the radical spirit of analog emotion.
