What does play mean to you? 🌀 Is it something that happens in designated spaces. or a mindset, a way of being in the world?
In this hands-on zine-making workshop, artist-facilitator Ioana invites you to explore play as a multi-sensorial, embodied experience, something we carry within us, that evolves and shifts with the environments around us.
Inspired by her recent public commission with Rosetta Arts—a manifesto poem celebrating the curious and disobedient spirit of play in the city—this workshop encourages reflection on the playful moments, feelings, and practices that shape how we move through everyday life.
Using writing, collage, and intuitive art-making, you’ll create a zine capturing your relationship with play—past, present, or imagined.
I truly believe play holds the potential to change our lives for the better—to help us live more fully, more freely. Do you?
If yes, then come and playyyyyy.
