Our third Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 30 September 2025.
This is a chance for the Board, staff, and members to share highlights from the past year, discuss future plans, and importantly, elect or re-elect members to the Board of Directors.
Since becoming a Community Benefit Society (CBS) in 2022, Zion has been owned by 345 community shareholders and is governed by a Board of Directors.
If you want to see Zion grow, improve, and bring even more benefits to the community, we encourage you to consider applying to join the Board. Applicants must be over 18 and members of Zion CBS (i.e. have invested through our Community Share Offer).
Directors play a vital role in providing advice and guidance, upholding governance, holding the staff team accountable, and championing Zion. The role is also highly rewarding - Directors can make a real difference to community cohesion, helping bring together people of all ages and backgrounds, including minority groups, to enjoy activities together.
