Assault Course Disclaimer

If you select Ticket Option 1, you’ll be asked to sign a disclaimer on the day before racing. Drinking alcohol before you take part in the assault course is strictly not permitted. For those not racing, there’s loads of other fun to enjoy, including Festival Freeplay, fête stalls & more!

Alcohol Disclaimer

Alcohol will be available throughout the day, but you will not be permitted to bring your own. If you choose to drink, do so responsibly - we all represent Zizzi, so make sure you behave appropriately. No illegal substances allowed. And strictly no alcohol before the assault course!

Under 18 Disclaimer

We would like to remind everyone of the alcohol licensing laws and, therefore, alcohol will not be available for anyone under 18 (this includes bringing your own – that’s not permitted!). Please note: sourcing alcoholic drinks on behalf of under 18s is also against the law and will not be permitted.

In the spirit of Togetherness, anyone who attends is expected to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner throughout the day (including to and from the venue).

Travel Arrangements

Ops Managers are coordinating area travel, and we encourage car sharing where possible to keep things efficient. If you need alternative travel, check in with your line manager first. Approved expenses will be reimbursed: GMs via Fourth; team members through a manual process.

Outside of Working Hours

Accepted Answer

Please check with your manager before purchasing a ticket. As this is an optional event and is counted as outside of your working hours, you will not be paid to attend. If by attending the event, you might not work your normal weekly hours, please speak to your manager.

Clothing

Accepted Answer

Fancy dress encouraged (no sharp or rigid bits)! The day’s all about having fun, so make sure you’re as comfortable as possible and, as the majority of the event is outside, bring an extra layer just in case. For those taking part in the 1000ft assault course, dress ready to RACE (trainers).
