Starter
Plantain pancakes with Red Red (V & M)
Mains
Gari Foto w/ Plantain Salad Imoyo (V)
Gari is a cassava grain that absorbs flavours much like couscous or polenta – here we mix it with Kabu’s Tomato Sauce with shredded mixed vegetables, garnished with a plantain and green bell pepper salad in a toasted cumin and lime dressing
OR
Gari Foto w/ Crispy King Prawns and Scotch Bonnet Salsa (M)
Gari is a cassava grain that absorbs flavours much like couscous or polenta – here we mix it with Kabu’s Tomato Sauce with Crispy King Prawns and a side of spicy scotch bonnet salsa
OR
Jollof Rice with Goat (M)
Goat is marinated in a delicious thyme, ginger, chillies, coriander and cinnamon then added to rice cooked in tomato sauce with a side of sweet fried plantain
OR
Waakye (V)
Rice and Beans cooked in Millett leaves and wrapped in plantain leaves w/ boiled egg, spring onion and kpakpo dressing
OR
Grilled Tilpaia (F)
Delicate fresh fish marinated in fresh ginger and garlic, gently spiced, served with rice and sautéed peppers and onions
Dessert
Peanut brittle with vanilla ice-cream with a chin chin dusting!
