Zombie Anonymous (12A)* is a short Zomedy flick
written and directed by a group of young
people from Skelmersdale.
The story follows Wendy who runs a local
Zombie focus group. Classes are designed to
help her fellow biters make a more positive
contribution to society. Trouble is… she’s
human, annoying and doesn’t quite
understand the turmoil and issues these
Zombies face. Tired of Wendy’s constant
bullying, the group decide to take action and
show Wendy the true joys of being a flesh
Aspiring young filmmakers have been
attending workshops at Skelmersdale Library,
working on all aspects of filmmaking from
script to screen, set-design to prosthetic
make-up and all in-between. Award winning
filmmaker James Shaw has been facilitating
the workshops to help the group bring their vision to life (or death!)
