About us

Marieke Verdenius is an Amsterdam based stylist & photographer. Her style can be described as pure, minimalistic with a nordic touch. She works for several magazines, lifestyle brands and individual makers and enjoys organising intimate gatherings and events.

Juriaan van der Maarel is an experienced maitre d’ in Amsterdam. He’s passionate about wines from all over the world, with a specific expertise in European viniculture. A fine wine combined with a skillfully prepped meal leads to an experience that is more than the sum of its parts.

Steven Broere is a freelance chef based in Amsterdam. After starting his career at Fa. Pekelhaaring in Amsterdam, he developed his skills further at Kadeau in Copenhagen and Chambre Separee in Gent. His style is heavily focused on roasting techniques and foraged or seasonal produce. Steven combines this with conserving methods, for example fermentation, curing and pickling, which create dishes with depth, freshness, and complexity.
