Zones of Regulation Workshop

The children have recently had assemblies to further support their understanding of using the zones of regulation and how these can be used to help you if you are feeling happy, sad, worried, angry and anything in between!Mrs Pilley and Mrs Baker will be running a short workshop on Wednesday 15th October at 8:55am to share the zones with you and how you can use these at home. A copy of the zones will be given to all families able who attend along with strategies to help manage big feelings at home.
