Ladies & Gents, we’re excited to announce that Zouk Love Fitness is coming back with something brand new:

Yess yess yess! 💃🏾🕺🏽 Another way to make us sweat on Zouk, Kompa, and Bouyon!
Never tried a steps class before? Trust us—you’re going to LOVE it! 😍
Steps class = choreographed movements, coordination, and endurance.
It’s the perfect way to train while enjoying the music we love! 🎶🔥
This will be a full-body workout targeting legs, glutes, core — a fun and effective way to burn calories and get summer-ready! 🍑🔥💦

We’re pleased to announce we’ll be hosting this session at the trendy MANOR LDN Studio in Finsbury Park! 🏙✨
🎟 What your ticket includes:
- 🏋🏾♀️ 1h30 of fun, full-body workouts to the BEST of Zouk, Kompa, and more!
- 🥨 Light snacks for post-workout energy.
- 🔁 A choreographed steps routine you’ll learn during the session.
🎒 What to bring:
- 💧 A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
- 🧘🏽♀️ A mat if you want (for those floor exercises).
- 🥵 A small towel—we’re going to SWEAT, seriously!

If you have any injuries, don’t hesitate to let your coach know on the day—they’ll take care of you! 💙💛
🎥 Heads up! Most of the session will be filmed for content purposes—especially the final choreographed steps routine.
If you do not wish to appear in the final video, please let us know at the beginning or during the session, we’ll make sure to exclude you from the edited footage. 🎬❌
