Zoe Bedford (Chief Executive Officer, ZPB Associates) will be joined by Mike Bell (Chair at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust) for this roundtable discussion. We will explore how ICSs are evolving, and what we can expect after implementation.

Now that we are so close to making the shift to ICSs, what can we expect in the short term and longer term?
What does pharma need to prepare for, and how can they support this change?

Chair at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust

Mike has more than 20 years of senior NHS Board level experience and is currently Chairman of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. In 2020-21 he also served as Chairman at Barking Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals Trust.

Prior to moving to Croydon he spent 11 years on boards of Strategic Health Authorities and including serving as both the Interim Chairman and long-term vice chairman of NHS London. Mike was initially appointed as turnaround Chairman at Croydon but since 2013 has pioneered a new model of health and social care with moves to a “total place” model of commissioning and delivery.
