About this event

A series of 4 dance fitness workshops for all abilities, with plenty of time for refreshments and chat. Each session is designed to give you a taste of what to expect from a Zumba or Zumba Gold class. Absolutely no experience (or ability) required. These classes will include chair-based exercises and alternative movements to ensure everyone gets to enjoy and benefit from these sessions.


About the facilitator

Alex is a qualified Zumba and Zumba Gold teacher, working with all abilities. She runs a variety of classes providing something for everyone, she teaches everything from Zumba Gold for wheelchair users to the high intensity Zumba classes you see on TV. Her bubbly personality ensures a good time.
