As part of our fun and frolics program, we are very pleased to welcome qualified zumba instructor Norma to run this online class.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Whether you have never tried zumba before or are a seasoned exercise fitness attendee, this will be a bit of light relief following the stresses and strains of your working day.
