Pam's People have been delivering classes in Beckton Globe Library for years and now you can join in the comfort of your own home.

This event is via Zoom so you will need to have the app downloaded, a link for the class will be sent to you via email.

You'll need to wear comfortable clothes for a dance work out and ensure you have enough space to turn and move.
