Can children take part?

Young people aged 14 and over can join the Zumba dancing. Younger children are welcome to watch the dancing and visit our home baking stall.

Do I need to dance for the whole time?

Each participant can dance for as long as they feel able. Instructors will offer frequent breaks.

Do I need to have attended Zumba classes to take part?

No - everyone is welcome to join and our team of instructors will show everyone the moves. Zumba is designed to be fun and accessible for all. Participants should consult their own medical practitioner if they have any concerns about taking part.

How do I raise money for Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance?
