Reissue a returned payout

If your event payout information doesn’t match your bank’s records, the bank will return the payout. When this happens, Eventbrite notifies you by email or through your event dashboard. You can go to Finance  to reissue the returned payout.

Reissue a payout to your bank account

To reissue a payout from your Eventbrite account:

  1. Go to Manage my events .

  2. Go to Finance  and select Payouts.

  3. Locate the returned payout and select Reissue

  4. Choose an existing payout method or select Add payout method

  5. Select Save and reissue.

  6. If successful, the payout status will show as ‘Processing' in your payout summary.

In the U.S., banks can take up to five business days to deposit a payout into your account. In other countries, payouts can take up to seven business days to deposit.

Reissue a check

Checks (USD only) can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you used a check as your payout method, confirm whether it has expired: if it was issued more than 90 days ago, it's no longer valid.

If your check has expired, select Reissue and confirm your payout method.

If you lost your check or haven’t received it after 10 business days, confirm your address is correct and contact us  for further assistance.
