BackgroundSharon has worked as a Investors in People Practitioner for many years.  Her experience consists of:

- assessing organisations against the IIP framework and Health and Wellbeing framework by using 4 assessment methodologies: interviewing, online survey, observation and desktop review;

- reviewing organisation's performance benchmarked against their organisational set objectives;

- carrying out organisational diagnostic and analysis and creating an action plan;

- delivering workshops based around the theme of the We Invest in People standard, We Invest in Wellbeing standard, and We Invest in Apprentices standard; and

- providing information, advice and guidance.
