My services are available in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing you to choose your preferred language. A one-hour initial consultation allows us to discuss your current health and wellbeing in detail and create an individualised plan that aligns with your personal goals. Two follow-up sessions allow us to review the plan, address any concerns or limitations, make appropriate adaptations to ensure the plan continues to fit your lifestyle. This is also an opportunity to share valuable personalised resources and answer any questions, so you feel supported and confident moving forward.
PERSONALISED HOLISTIC MENOPAUSE CONSULTAION: This comprehensive package is designed to help you understand the menopause related health and wellbeing changes and support you with evidence-based practical strategies tailored to your unique experiences addressing key areas: nutrition and hydration, bladder health, heart health, musculoskeletal health, pain management, energy, mood, and restorative sleep. A sustainable personalised plan paired with relevant resources and guidance through follow-up sessions; this package aims to empower you to navigate through menopause and beyond with clarity and confidence using a holistic approach and motivational behaviour change strategies in a non-judgemental environment.
BOTH PACKAGES INCLUDE ACCESS TO MINDFUL EATING SESSION (In-person or online)
