Tanya Boyd

Tanya Boyd is a dynamic project manager with over 20 years of experience in disaster recovery, healthcare, IT, marketing, and government. As a past President and seven-year volunteer leader of the PMI Baton Rouge Chapter, Tanya brings unique insights into the challenges and growth opportunities for project professionals.

In 2024, Tanya joined the Project Success Academy as an instructor, creating impactful educational content, including a 3-part communication video series.

As a contributor with PURE Management Alliance, Tanya developed a 3-hour course on “From Risks to Rewards: Reframing the Project Journey” as part of the curriculum for the 60 PDU credential: PURE Project Manager.

A PMI-ATP-certified instructor, she combines expert knowledge of project management principles with a creative, engaging teaching style, making complex concepts accessible and actionable.

Tanya has delivered dynamic presentations to over 20 PMI chapters, covering topics like generative AI, leadership, and overcoming challenges.

As contributing author to the upcoming book Projectland Goes to the Movies: 25 Star-Studded Lessons for Project People, Tanya uses storytelling to make project management relatable and inspiring.
