TIP THE ITALIAN PANTRY

TIP - The Italian Pantry is a new project born from a simple but ambitious idea: to create a concrete bridge between small and medium-sized Italian producers in the food and wine sector and the British public, starting in London and then expanding to other urban areas in the United Kingdom.

The central idea is to create a physical network of display windows in selected venues such as wine bars, restaurants, cultural spaces, where Italian products can not only be seen, but also purchased directly by the public, with a formula that is accessible to both producers and retailers.

The project has two main objectives, which are closely integrated.

On the one hand, it aims to offer Italian producers a qualified gateway to the UK market, a concrete channel through which to establish or consolidate a presence, supported by a team that takes care of logistics, communication, regulatory compliance and commercial relations.

On the other hand, it aims to create a new shopping and discovery experience for the London public: a circuit of places where it is possible to come into direct contact with authentic Italian products, carefully selected, presented in their cultural as well as commercial dimension, and described by those who produce them or really know them.

The first showcases for the project are the Pugliese Restaurant Alla Salute in South-East London, Gusto Deli in Royal Greenwich Borough and Friendship House in Ealing Broadway. Other showcases/sales outlets will follow in the near future.
