Welcome! I’m Paulina, a yoga and movement teacher based in Bristol, offering sessions that help you build focus, strength, and balance, both physically and mentally.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Move & Breathe, and Functional Movement for 60+, to move with awareness and intention. Each class connects breath and movement to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and leave you feeling grounded and clear.
Outside the mat, I’m a business owner and finance professional, and my practices are inspired by that balance between structure and flow . Yoga is my way to reset and give my mind a break. My classes are best suited for those who want to explore self-control of the mind through the body and learn presence through movement.
Classes take place at Water Lilies Community Hub in Bristol, a calm and welcoming space that brings people together through mindful movement, breath, and community.
