Hi, I'm Annagail, a women in her 50's, perimenopausal, GenX, with step-children, grandchildren, even 2 great-grandchildren, caring for my elderly Mum, and father-in-law, running my own business (LSS Connect), doing what I have most energy for, to live my best life, and helping others to do the same.

I am confident and anxious.

I am hopeful and sometimes feel hopeless.

I am productive yet know I achieve more with others.

Life isn't perfect, but I do the best to perfect what I have.

I would like to have more friends. I believe other women feel the same.
