SEMH Education is led by Kieran Smith, an Education Officer and former teacher with extensive experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Our events focus on practical, trauma-informed approaches to behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding in schools. Drawing on frontline experience across mainstream, alternative provision, and multi-agency work, sessions are designed to support teachers, senior leaders, and pastoral staff to better understand behaviour, strengthen early intervention, and create systems that work for both pupils and staff.

Events include staff training, professional development sessions, webinars, and workshops exploring SEMH, regulation, trauma, attendance, inclusion, and emerging risks such as exploitation and online harm.

The aim is simple: to bridge the gap between policy, theory, and the realities of school life.
