The Ukrainian Women for Integration, Support and Empowerment (UWISE) is dedicated to uplifting and empowering Ukrainian women in Cambridge and across the UK. Our mission is to strengthen community connections, support meaningful integration, and foster a deep sense of belonging through social, educational, cultural, and wellbeing initiatives.

UWISE helps women discover and realise new opportunities by offering entrepreneurship support, targeted training, and practical resources for launching and developing their businesses. We also conduct research and deliver lectures, workshops, and programmes aimed at enhancing wellbeing, confidence, leadership, and professional growth.

Through active collaboration with Ukrainian and UK-based partner organisations, we amplify our collective impact and build a strong, supportive network for women of Ukrainian heritage. Guided by our Trustees, UWISE leads initiatives that respond to evolving community needs and contribute to the empowerment, resilience, and success of Ukrainian women across the UK.
