Today, Lisa works with founders and leadership teams on business transformation, leadership, organisational resilience and exit readiness. Her work focuses on helping founder-led businesses become stronger, more sustainable and less dependent on the founder.

She is also an international speaker and host of the Being EKTE podcast, where she explores leadership, business, technology and what it really takes to build organisations that work better for the people inside them.
