I’m Mona Alkayyal, founder of Move! With Mona – Personal Training & Coaching in Nottingham.

I have worked in the Learning & Development industry since 2006 and I have been coaching individuals to make changes in their lives and reach their career and personal objectives.

I have gone through a weight loss transformation from February 2020, and I have fallen in love with the fitness industry. I have become more passionate about wellbeing and maintaining good habits for life during my journey.

This has driven me to become a certified personal trainer and coach to help others start their fitness journey and keep a healthy lifestyle and a focused mindset.

I find joy in conducting fitness classes as well so I’m a certified Indoor Cycling, Aqua, Yoga and Pilates (Mat & Reformer) instructor as well.

Starting June 2026, I'm running a series of classes called Fitness & Fruit, where I run a fitness class then chat after over fruit snack!

The classes can be lifting weights, spin, circuits, combat, step, and so on. So keep an eye on this profile so you know a month in advance what classes are on!
