Ross Cowe
On behalf of The Christopher Cowe Memorial Fund we organise fundraising events and heart screenings to continue to remember Christopher and to provide a legacy for him by ensuring other young people in the Currie abd Balerno and wider Edinburgh areas have the opportunity to have their heart screened. We are aiming to ensure that no family has to go through the tragedy and devastation of losing a young person to a an undiagnosed heart or cardiac condition and we also aim to raise the importance of being aware of heart health and risks in young people.
Our next Heart Screening event is on the 28th and 29th March at Balerno High School. Previous events in 2024 and 2025 have provided the opportunity for nearly 400 local young people to be screened.
