Rachael Hevrin
I began my journey with yoga and meditation back in 2009, when the first yoga studio opened in my small Texas hometown. Since then, I’ve accumulated over 900 hours of training as a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher. I’m passionate about empowering people to take agency in their own healing through the modalities of yoga, meditation, yoga nidra (or NSDR), breath, embodied flow, trauma-informed nervous system regulation—and most importantly, making that journey as accessible as possible.
