Leba Plant -Based Pop-Up Restaurant
Leba started in 2023 with one idea: plant-based dinners built around guest chefs and tasting menus.
The name comes from my son, Ábel, read backwards. Later I discovered that in Yiddish, Leba means “beloved”, which felt right.
Today, Leba is a travelling dinner series: one chef, one menu, one night.
Small evenings. Limited seats.
After 11 dinners in Budapest , collaborating with Michelin-recognised and award-winning chefs — Leba is now coming to the UK.
Leba is founded and curated by István Tamás, who hosts each dinner personally.
