Kaz Windsor is the founder of Sculpt & Change Therapies and a passionate advocate for transforming how we understand and treat Lipoedema, Lymphoedema, and other lymphatic and connective tissue disorders. Drawing on her own lifelong journey with these conditions, Kaz has developed a unique range of therapies that target tissues, lymphatics, and fascia to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain. Her work is rooted in lived experience, professional training, and a deep commitment to helping others feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of their wellbeing.

Kaz is extensively qualified, including certifications in Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), Reflexology for Menopause, Mindfulness Coaching, IASTM Soft Tissue Mobilisation, Cupping Massage, Reiki/Seichem (Master level), and multiple therapeutic massage and facial techniques. She brings compassion, expertise, and a whole‑body approach to every client she supports.
