I'm Bec, a counsellor and relationship therapist based in Derby.

Alongside my counselling practice, I host events that bring people together for conversation, connection and emotional wellbeing. These currently include Menopause Café Derby, a free monthly space for open and supportive conversations about menopause, with further wellbeing events planned.

My aim is to create relaxed, welcoming spaces where people can connect with others, talk openly and feel a little less alone.
