Vita Fortis is my performance-led coaching brand, built around developing strength, endurance, and long-term athletic capacity.
My approach combines structured training, running performance, and Hyrox-style conditioning to help people move better, train with purpose, and build resilience under physical demand. I focus on delivering coaching that is intentional, progressive, and grounded in real-world performance rather than just general fitness.
Alongside coaching, I actively train and compete myself. I have completed three HYROX events, which has shaped my understanding of pacing, fatigue management, and the demands of hybrid endurance performance. This experience feeds directly into how I coach — ensuring sessions are practical, relevant, and results-driven.
