A psychotherapist and clinical supervisor and a fellow traveller in this strange and rich terrain of midlife. I hold space for women to slow down, listen inward, and trust what they find there.

Midlife has been my own great unravelling and remaking. That lived experience is woven into everything I offer.

I created this gathering because I believe something shifts when women stop performing wellness and start telling the truth together. You don't need to be in crisis to be here. You just need to be curious about what this season of life is asking of you.
